I've spent the last decade between research and clinical labs — from culturing cancer cells and running CRISPR experiments to performing molecular diagnostics and training new team members. Performed high-complexity molecular testing using manual methods and high-throughput platforms, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, RT-PCR, Sanger sequencing, NGS, and fragment analysis.
